Moving to Mexico

This is the list of things we need for you to prepare before your move to Mexico. We will be happy to walk you through any of the items ahead of time over the phone or email.

Before we arrive to pick up your load we will need the following scanned and emailed to us as attachments (we then forward them to the broker ahead of time which significantly expedites the border crossing process.)

1. Completed contents list (Menaje de Casa).
2. Signed contract.
3. A photocopy of 2 forms of picture ID- preferably a driver’s
license and passport.
4. Your FM3 (every page, even blank pages).
5. Signed broker letters (please make 3 copies for a total of 9 pages
with 9 original signatures).

When we arrive to pick up your load, please have the following at hand:

1. A hard copy of the completed contents list, (menaje de casa).
2. A hard copy of the Signed contract.
3. A photocopy of 2 forms of picture ID – preferably a driver’s
license and passport.
4. A photocopy of the FM3 (every page, even blank pages).
5. A hard copy of the signed broker letters (please make 3 copies
of each letter for a total of 9 pages with 9 original signatures).

Contents List / Packing instructions:

1. All electronics must be placed together in the same box / box(es).
2. You must list the serial and model numbers of all electronics.
3. The contents list must be typed.
4. Large loose items must be listed separately.
5. You must write the box number and a contents description on every box.
6. The contents list does not need to be translated into Spanish.

Please keep the original copies of all of the paperwork, in order to pass on to us when we pick up your load.
